This area of learning is very important and is an area which Belvedere Nursery pays a very high regard to, as children need to be confident within this area in order to flourish in all of the other areas of learning.

• Children should respect themselves and others, respect for culture, learn about relationships and the importance of friendships.

• The children are taught to use their manners and right and wrong.

• From an early age we encourage the children to develop an ability to care for themselves and be aware of their own personal safety.
