• Child’s Birth Certificate
• Child’s Vaccination Record
• Parent’s Passport
• Parent’s Residence Visa
• Parent’s Emirates ID
• Copy of tenancy contract
• Copy of water or electricity bill
• Belvedere Nursery Application form completed and signed
